British police refused to investigate probe that uncovered over 2,000 Dark Web murder plots

I suppose it shouldn’t be a surprise in the wake of Mandelson/Epstein/Andrew/Fergie, but Scotland Yard turned down the opportunity to lead an investigation into a case that went on to identify 2,000 people who had been targeted for murder via a Dark Web website.
