British police refused to investigate probe that uncovered over 2,000 Dark Web murder plots

I suppose it shouldn’t be a surprise in the wake of Mandelson/Epstein/Andrew/Fergie, but Scotland Yard turned down the opportunity to lead an investigation into a case that went on to identify 2,000 people who had been targeted for murder via a Dark Web website.

Instead, Chris Monteiro was visited by Met police officers “for a wellness check” because they thought he was having a breakdown. Sounds like trying to be a news reporter in Russia.
